I have been meaning to write to you and thank you for all of your hard work and support in the run up and during the entire weekend. The weekend was a tremendous success and I have been receiving cards, emails, phone calls and texts with thanks and appreciation for a wonderful weekend. The balance between the Friday and Saturday evening was great – there was plenty to keep the children entertained on the Friday and feedback suggests that they really, really enjoyed this. The Saturday evening was absolutely brilliant, from the paparazzi/look-a-likes to the music selection at the end of the evening performed by an excellent band. Overall the feedback that I have received was that the food and wine was superb and in many cases the best that people have had at this type of event.

What I really didn’t appreciate is how much detail and effort really goes into organising the weekend. You and your team made it all look very easy and that is a tremendous feat for the work involved in creating a superb weekend. I’m glad that I trusted your opinion in terms of location for the event as the Hotel was to a very good standard, the food and wine was excellent, but more importantly (and you were exactly right here to) the people and service from the Hotel was first class. People play a huge role in making this successful and they certainly achieved this. In fact I’m glad I took your advice on everything! Overall Clare, I’m really pleased with the outcome and found it an absolute pleasure working with you.

The Crown Estate at Windsor have enjoyed working with Corporate Space Events, who have always delivered a thorough, professional and sound service.

Their Event Production team have provided us with excellent service, working through the night on one particular occasion due to short lead times, to make sure that everything worked for us. The Marquee team build and dismantle the marquee with little fuss or disruption, respecting always the special environment in which they find themselves working. The team as a whole are extremely friendly, professional and flexible.

Personally, I find that communication through Clare Cross is easy and reliable and it is genuinely a pleasure to be able to include them in our list of preferred suppliers.

Thank you for all your help organizing last week. You really took all the effort off of my own hands which made it a much less stressful experience than I have had before, it was greatly appreciated. The event was a success, we had a few issues but it was more in regards to the hotel not the elements you had any control over.

Also just to inform you I have received a promotion at work so will be moving across to my new role in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately this means I will no longer be organizing our meetings and events so I just want to take the chance to thank you for your time and hard work, it has been much appreciated.
